Kristen’s practice is structured around extended 90-minute therapy sessions and focused EMDR Intensives. This longer-session model allows more time to slow down, explore patterns, process experiences, and build true emotional and nervous-system change without feeling rushed. Clients find that this format allows them to make deeper progress in a shorter overall course of therapy. However, if you prefer traditional 60-minute sessions, those are available as well.
Rather you are navigating trauma, anxiety, emotional pain, life transitions, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, you do not have to do this work alone.
